8 Affordable Skincare Products To Try

Hi babes! The world of Skincare has so many options that most people don’t venture out and try new brands because they dont know where to start. I have always believed that not all expensive brands of skincare are worth it. There are a lot of products out there that are popular by marketing and branding. When it comes down to it, a lot of products are effective without the fancy branding and packaging. A tip I’d like to share is to look in the ingredients and compare some more expensive products to less expensive products, you will find a lot of similarities.

I have put together a list of some of my favorite more affordable skincare products, I’m always trying new products and brands. There are few products that I alway use or stick to, when I finish one product, I usually try to change it up and try something new unless it’s truly life changing. For the most part, most products are easily replaceable though.

All products are linked on Amazon in their name, let me know if you give any of them a try! πŸ™‚

This stuff is good for not only your face but your whole body as well. CeraVe is a holy grail of most dermatologists and you can buy it at any drugstore. Slather yourself in it why don’t you.
  • Bioderma – Sensibio H2O – Micellar Water
The OG Micellar Water, I love micellar water because its a lazy girl’s best friend when it comes to double cleansing or just before applying makeup to make sure your working with a clean face.

Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Daily Cleansing Pads

I like these cleansing pads also after I wash my face because they’re exfoliating. Also, its satisfying to see what they pick up if you are using at night after wearing makeup all day. They’re a more affordable product of glycolic acid exfoliating pads.

The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Light Cleansing Oil

CLEANSING OIL is da shit. It melts off all your makeup at the end of the day, especially now that we are nearing towards summer and that full coverage all day wear makeup is going to be essential. I use this then follow up with a water based cleanser. I love this brand of korean skincare!! It’s a cult favorite for sure.

Heritage Store Rose Petals Rosewater

This is actual rose water and beats the mario badescu facial spray. It’s natural and smells so good! Also this is what Selena Gomez apparently swears by!

Aztec Secret

Deep Clean Yo Face, this product is all over TikTok and other platforms because its a cult favorite! Mix Aztec Secert Indian Healing Clay with equal parts of apple cider vinegar or water. Stir the mixture in a bowl until it is a smooth paste (add more clay or liquid as needed). Apply a 1/8 inch thick layer of clay to the face or other areas and let dry. Drying times vary, but generally 5 minutes for delicate skin and 15-20 minutes for normal skin. You will feel a pulling and tightening sensation while drying.

Welda Skin Food

The skin balm or salve that is intensely hydrating that is versatile for anything from your lips to your cuticles! This would be something perfect to throw in any bag and have for any emergency touch ups when your make up creases.

Jade Roller for Face – Rose Quartz Face Roller

Rose Quartz is better than Jade because cheap jade is extremely porous and therefore will trap bacteria in the roller. If you have a jade face roller, you want to make sure its real jade and of quality!

XOXO
